Refusal of unauthorized email collection

We refuse unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email collection programs or other technical devices.
Please keep in mind that any violation of this will result in criminal punishment under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. [Partially revised on February 29, 2008, Act No. 8867]

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses, etc.)
① No one may collect e-mail addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses from an Internet homepage that clearly states an intention to refuse the collection of e-mail addresses
② No one may sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph 1.
③ Anyone who knows that an e-mail address is prohibited from collection, sale and distribution under the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not use it to transmit information.

Article 74 (Penalties)
① Any person who falls under any of the following items shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or by a fine not exceeding 10 million won.
1. A person who displays, sells, or displays for the purpose of sale in violation of the provisions of Article 8, Paragraph 4
2. A person who distributes, sells, rents or publicly displays obscene signs, words, sounds, images or images in violation of Article 44-7 (1) 1
3. A person who repeatedly causes signs, words, sounds, images or images that cause fear or anxiety to reach the other party, in violation of the provisions of Article 44-7 (1) 3.
4. A person who has taken technical measures in violation of the provisions of Article 50, Paragraph 6
5. A person who uses an e-mail address to collect, sell, distribute or transmit information in violation of Article 50-2
6. A person who transmits advertising information in violation of Article 50-8
7. A person who fails to register changes to registered information or report transfer/acquisition or merger/inheritance of business in violation of Article 53 (4)
② For the crime under paragraph 1, item 3, no prosecution may be filed against the victim's stated will.
